40 mins long Hatha Yoga session. Suitable from beginner to intermediate yogis. This session focuses on front splits, so making the hip-flexors, glutes and quads stronger and flexy to be able to do splits on the floor and also pushes you one step forward towards active splits, like standing splits :) A nice and slow paced session, plenty of time to adjust, create balance and control, connecting our breath and moves together.
