Who Is This Workshop For?

- Pole Dancers: If you've begun your journey in the last couple of months and are looking to create beautiful lines and flows, this workshop will help you enhance your style.

- Instructors: Pole instructors aiming to add new tips, tricks, and flows to their teaching repertoire will find this workshop invaluable.


Workshop Activities

1. Yoga Session (45 mins):

- We'll start with a yoga session that focuses on chest and hip opening and improving spinal flexibility.

- This will energize you while preparing your body for the pole class that follows.

2. Pole Class (75 mins):

- Learn how to start creating your own flow, improving form, and looking like a professional on the pole with foundational tips and tricks.

- Focus strictly on strong basics without inverts, making it safe and beginner-friendly.

- One person per pole ensures ample practice time and personalized feedback.

3. Exotic Flow Session (65 mins) :

- Learn a stunning flow with tips on strengthening and flexing your ankles for dancing in heels.

- Get advice on how to look confident in heels while creating strong, sexy lines.

- Although this is a beginner flow, you'll look like a pro by the end of the session!
