Master pole fitness safely with the epYc method 🙌🥰

At Eve’s Pole and Yoga, I’ve developed the EPYC Method to help you achieve your pole fitness goals in the safest, most efficient way possible. It’s not just about learning cool tricks and spins—it’s about preparing your body for the journey ahead, from day one.🙌👇

âš¡ Why EPYC?

Pole fitness requires strength, mobility, flexibility, and the ability to manage discomfort. Jumping into advanced tricks without mastering the basics can lead to injury and frustration.🙄 But with the EPYC Method, we focus on building your foundation first, so you’ll be ready for higher-level moves when the time comes.

🚫 No Rushing to Invert!

You shouldn’t be rushing to invert or shoulder mounts before you feel strong and confident in upright moves. That’s why in my classes, we take the time to work on long sequences and basic techniques. When you progress gradually, everything becomes easier later on—without the struggle!

💪 Building for Success

For example, I don’t teach Ayesha until the end of Level 4 (high intermediate). By then, you’ll have built the grip, shoulder, core, back, hip flexor, and quad strength necessary for a stable Ayesha. You won’t learn this move separately; you’ll achieve it naturally through the EPYC Method. And when you get there, it will feel solid and injury-free!

🚨 Avoid Dangerous Shortcuts

If you’re inverting, shoulder mounting, or attempting advanced moves just a few weeks or months into your journey, without any fitness background—run the other way! You deserve a safer, more progressive approach to pole fitness. 🙌
