New Beginner Pole course

Always wanted to try pole fitness?

This 5 weeks long course gives you a peek into our studio’s life, how we start from the very beginning with no strength and flexibility and it shows you how we become strong, confident and flexible… And all these while you’re having lots of fun 😏👍


-The classes only allow maximum 7 girls, so you’ll get lots of attention.

-You have your own pole during the class, so you don’t have to share with anyone.

-We work with everyone individually.

-You’ll learn many spins and transitions and we’ll teach you how to flow gracefully, even on a beginner level.
