Pole Foundation Course - Learn something new!



Who is this course for?


If you have never done pole fitness before or you have done it, but you'd like to refresh your basic knowledge, this is your course :) Or if you feel like learning a beautiful choreography with us, don't miss the chance, you'll love it! Anyone is welcome who wants to learn something new :)


This 6 weeks course will teach you the basic technique of creating momentum, how to hold yourself correctly on the pole and the secret of strong climb on the pole. You will learn a whole Beginner Pole routine, specifically designed and structured for this 6 weeks course.


Our goal is to show people that you don't need to be a professional to look amazing and elegant while Pole dancing, even just after 6 weeks!


Only 7 spaces available. 60 mins long session. One person per pole.


This workshop is non-refundable, so please make sure that you can attend to all classes before you book.
