Do you ever find it challenging to brainstorm fresh teaching ideas or create engaging flows and routines for your clients? Are you eager to witness your clients make remarkable progress and leave each session feeling incredible about themselves?

Your search ends here—the epyc method is tailor-made for you. With five years of teaching experience, conducting 30-35 classes a week, and dedicating countless hours to training, I've had the privilege of guiding over a thousand clients. I've observed consistent and significant improvement in all of them. Over the past five years, I've established two thriving and beautiful studios, and the progress our clients make is truly exceptional.

The epYc method is an impeccably designed program for pole fitness that enables clients to make rapid and optimal improvements in their abilities. The classes are meticulously tailored for real individuals and have taken me years to refine. Attendees witness consistent improvement, which is directly related to their weekly participation frequency. By adhering to this plan, customers can significantly enhance their strength and technique, fostering exceptional muscle memory. This, in turn, enables clients to flawlessly remember flows and execute movements beautifully and gracefully in a short period of time.

These routines are interconnected and built upon one another.

Over the course of several years and with hundreds of pole dancers, I have employed this program consistently, and the results have been notably remarkable, surpassing any other teaching methods available.

Pole dancing is indeed a sport, and to excel in it, it requires a disciplined and systematic approach, much like any other sport. Repetition plays a crucial role in honing skills, and following a structured program is essential for progress. Just as one wouldn't expect to achieve weight loss at the gym by doing random exercises every day, pole dancing also demands consistency and dedication to see substantial improvement.

Level3 – Intermediate

A routine card displays the specific sequence of movements, spins, and tricks for a pole dancing routine. The tricks that are underlined represent the new elements introduced in the flow, while the others are previously learned moves. To optimize learning, I recommend beginning the instruction by focusing on the new spins and tricks first. Emphasize seamless transitions and repetition during practice to develop muscle memory effectively.

It's important to note that a routine card is designed to be used over multiple classes, rather than being limited to a single class per routine. Depending on the complexity and progress of the students, a routine card may extend across several sessions, potentially spanning up to three classes or more if necessary. The goal is to allow sufficient time for students to grasp and master the routine, ensuring they achieve confidence and proficiency in executing it.

In Level 3, clients will be introduced to the art of performing inversions. This phase is dedicated to cultivating the necessary strength and boosting confidence to execute these upside-down maneuvers. This level spans a substantial timeframe of a year or even more, acknowledging the time required to master a solid invert technique. Throughout this extended period, we will focus on acquiring the skills to craft graceful and seamless routines on a spinning pole. Our emphasis will extend beyond floor work, encompassing the incorporation of the three fundamental grips both off the ground and along the pole itself. This level will be a testament to the tangible transformation in both physical appearance and overall strength.

Since Level 3 marks a significant shift with the introduction of inversions, our conditioning approach will evolve to encompass more demanding exercises. These exercises will be tailored to target the development of the three basic grips while incorporating leg raises, thereby enhancing core strength and stability. In addition, we will integrate specialized exercises aimed at fostering the strength required for executing strong and controlled inversions.

Recognizing that this level spans an extended duration, we will progressively introduce increasingly challenging conditioning routines. These routines will be thoughtfully designed to nurture not only the physical prowess needed for inverts but also the mental confidence to embrace these new techniques. Through a dedicated focus on specific exercises, our aim is to ensure that clients are thoroughly prepared to achieve the required strength and skills for successful inversions, while also building a strong foundation for crafting captivating and impressive routines on the spinning pole.

It contains 20 routines.
